Winter Warm Up

Recently my mom's friend introduced her to this ginger "tea" and we've been making it a lot lately. 

I LOVE IT, so I thought I'd share it with all of you!

You'll need:
6 cups water
~2" piece ginger - peeled and sliced
1/2 lemon - squeezed

Bring your water to a boil.  Add your ginger and boil for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and fish out the pieces of ginger.

Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon. 

Sweeten to taste with honey.

Ladle into your favorite mug and enjoy!
