I couldn't resist making these cookies when I saw the recipe from a Whisk and a Prayer. I brought them into work. It's safer that way!
I made a double batch so that my mom could take some into work too!
They turned out great - even though I prefer my cookies soft. I had a few leftover that I had left in a container and they softened up. So if you're not impatient, I'd suggest leaving them in a sealed container for about a day.
