The best spinach salad ever!

Here's the salad recipe I promised you! 


1              garlic clove, peeled & halved
2 Tbsp     red wine vinegar
1 tsp (or more) dry mustard
               freshly ground black pepper
6 Tbsp    olive oil

Combine in a bottle or jar & shake well.  I find it's best if you make it a fair bit in advance to let the flavors come together!

8 cups     baby spinach
3             hard cooked eggs
8 slices    bacon, fried until crispy, and chopped
1 big handful   shredded gouda

Toss together & add dressing!

It makes a big salad (and a yummy one!)
